Oceania Championships 2026

New Zealand Wrestling is set to make a powerful impact at the 2026 Oceania Championships, with a 40‑strong delegation travelling to Samoa for the competition taking place 20–22 March 2026. The team includes 32 athletes, supported by experienced coaches, referees, and officials, a group that reflects both the depth and the growing momentum of wrestling across Aotearoa.

For many athletes, this will be their first time representing New Zealand on the international stage, marking a major milestone in their wrestling journey. For others, it is a return to familiar territory as seasoned competitors look to build on past success and guide the next generation.
